At Kolar India, we strive to ensure every product delivered meets your expectations. If you receive a product with a manufacturing defect, damage, or size-related issue, we offer an exchange window of 3 days from the date of delivery, subject to the conditions mentioned below.

Eligibility for Exchange

Products are eligible for exchange only if:

• The exchange request is raised within 3 days of delivery
• The product received is damaged, defective, or incorrect
• The product remains unused, unwashed, and in its original condition
• All original packaging, tags, accessories, and invoices are available

To maintain hygiene and product quality standards, products showing signs of use, damage after delivery, stains, washing, or improper handling may not be eligible for exchange.

Non-Exchangeable Situations

Exchange requests may not be accepted in the following cases:

• Requests raised after 3 days of delivery
• Damage caused due to misuse, mishandling, or improper installation
• Minor variations in color, texture, or appearance caused due to lighting, photography, or screen settings
• Products that have been used, washed, altered, or are not in original packaging

Exchange Process

Once the exchange request is approved, our team will guide you through the pickup or return process (depending on service availability in your location). After the returned product passes quality inspection, a replacement product will be dispatched.

In cases where the same product is unavailable, Kolar India reserves the right to offer an alternate product or store credit, where applicable.
